Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel in the center of Oslo. The venue is close to the famous Oslo Opera House and only some few minutes away (by tube, bus or taxi) from the Holmenkollen ski jumping arena and other popular sites as the Kon-Tiki-Museum, The Viking Ship Museum and examples of Oslo’s new architecture. All Meetings 6-7-8 June will take place at the same hotel and the site visits on Saturday 9 June will start at the hotel.


Beware of high season

June is high season for travelling in all Norway and rooms at hotels are filled up early by international travellers. A limited number of rooms have been reserved for the participants at the Congress hotel Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel, Oslo.

Travel & transport

Closest airport is Oslo Gardermoen airport – 20 minutes by express train to Oslo Central station which is very close to the congress hotel Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel. The best prices for flight tickets will be achieved at early bookings.


Schengen area covers the majority of European countries, except for the United Kingdom and countries   such as Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus and Ireland soon to be part of the agreement. However, there   are countries that are not part of the EU like Norway, Iceland, Switzerland and Lichtenstein yet do belong   in the Schengen area and cherish the free movement policy.
